Based on this information, you need to have the car checked out, something is wrong. It could be many things or just one. As I stated before, start with the obvious and look for any changes, such as different tires, any replaced parts like brake pads or rotors, different type (alcohol based gas) or grade fuel. Something needs maintenance or something has changed. I know my mileage dropped once our area had to use the low emission (oxygen enhanced) gasoline year round. If the dealer cannot help you or at least explain the lower mileage, find a good independent mechanic. Eveningg wrote: > My 9-5 is a 2.3l 4cyl.
