My 93 9000 Aero broke a timing chain while cruising at ~70 on the freeway. Silently coasted to a stop. Cost $3700 to fix. The head looks really nice now that it has been to the machine shop. Engine runs about as well as before (nice while moving, crappy at idle). Next time maybe I'll buy a Volvo.
