Subject: noise from transmission



I have Saab 900SE Turbo -94. There is some irritating noise coming out of
maybe transmission. It occures when braking with motor. I think it's coming
from drive gear (pinion). Shifting gear is working excellent and there is no
noise
when accelerating. Is this common "failure" with new generation 900's.?
