This part is located under the hood behind the false bulkhead directlly under the A/C reciever/drier. It is fastened with 4 small Torx screws to the air intake ductwork for the ACC system and has a 4 wire connector. The part costs about $150US from the dealer. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you can replace the transistor (I believe it is a Triac) inside that usually fails. I was able to order the transistor from Radio Shack for $10 plus $1 shipping.
