It cost me $100 for my 1988 9000T (including sunroof), in West Chester, PA. The guy I went to said he does a couple of SAABs or Volvos each week. If you have a local upholstery shop that is familiar with the problem and stocks the right material, you can save both time and money by removing the headliner pieces yourself, but letting the upholstery shop deal with replacing the fabric.
