That is the manifold to header pipe gasket. It should be a cheap job unless the manifold is warped or the header pipe is warped. It looks like you may have had the header pipe replaced recently (?) If so, maybe the person who did it didn't tighten up the bolts properly. You probably want someone with a torch to heat it up before removing the bolts. If you try to remove the bolts and they break, you will have a bigger problem. I don't know much about your model - maybe someone else can comment on how common a problem area this gasket is. Bob
