This event happens every time you start the car. It is normal. There is a valve which allows leak down after sitting. If the brake fluid has not been changed in the last 2 yrs, change it. It will prolong the life of the expensive ABS system and may shorten the time required to extinguish the lights after start up, but maybe not. 10-20 sec is a short period of time. Mine takes about the same time...
