Bought an old Saab cheap, gear stick pops out of first unless you eeeeaaaasssse off the clutch, also slips out of third when there is no pressure on the accelerator (coasting). Shifts fine otherwise; smooth, no noises, etc. Guy I bought the car from knows 2 or 3 other people with the same problem with a combined mileage of over 150,000 miles driven without fixing it; his mechanic told him not to bother fixing it. What *is* the problem, the fix, and the cost? 1987 900S, obviously a manual, w/130,000 miles. TIA
