They still make the 9-3 Viggen here in the states, though, your best bet would be to find like a 1999-2001 model because the first couple of years depreciation on them is killer. From my tracking of the sales of Viggens, and talking to dealers, you could get a nice, clean used one with low mileage for under $25K. That is a great bargain for such a great car.
