I agree - on my '88 900 Turbo, the clutch went only 220,000 miles. ;)

Yup, that went around 150K.

Nope, haven't had a problem there. I've been using Mobil 1, if that's

Nope, no problem there either. Never even had the valve cover off.

Well, it depends what goes wrong. The only thing I've dealt with that I didn't
see here was exhaust systems; I live in Wisconsin where they salt the roads in
the winter, and go through an exhaust system every 3 years or so.

Yup.

Yup. Specifically, the pinion bearings (which were later beefed up).

I'd jump at that car - mine is getting rough around the edges, and I'd
take that car, drop my tranny in, and give the rest to a friend of mine
who is a Saab mechanic, for next to nothing.
