Piece of cake. There are 4 T-50 torx screws that it takes to remove them.
You should have the required plug for the electric seat adjuster right where
it should be. You have 2 choices, get new leather covers or get a set of
junkyard seats. The seat swap is pretty easy, Just a plug and play affair.
