I don't think a mathematician would accept Goran's explanation (nine raised to three), the 'three' is just too large. It does look more like a hastely written 93 on the boot, I bet if you asked hundred people what that car is, most would say it is a Saab 93. The logical conclusion is that it is an updated version of the last 1960 model. Johannes
