At their introduction, Saab bragged of over 1,000 improvements that differentiated the 9-3 from the NG900. Besides suspension and some styling changes, I couldn't tell you what they are. You may want to try the www.saabnet.com archives. I never had the NG900, just a 9-3 (which I would wholeheartedly recommend).
