I had a similar problem with my 94CSE (with climate control). The problem was that the spindle on the motor which turns the rod to open the heater flap had stripped. The ACC was operating fine but the heater flap wasn't getting pulled open or closed. Your car will have a different set up to manually open/close the flap. I had to remove the glovebox and top of dash to get access. A bit of a pain in the ass really. But so is warm air all the time. Good Luck Stu
