Subject: 88 9000T door rust
I've got an 88 9000T that's been a dream for me. She's been tough and
reliable as long as I've had it and with 260000 km it'll still kick some
butt. But, there's some rust creeping up aroud the corners of the doors
(passenger & driver). It's mostly surface rust except on the corner of the
passenger door where it's gotten right through the metal. Canadian winters
are tough for rust.
Is it worth trying to fix this, or should I just replace the door(s)? Any
advice and/or places to look for parts & service would be great.
Cheers,
Sean
