Dave,
I too have been having this "great dilemma". I am very concerned about my
car's engine warranty and also the relationships my manufacturer takes on.
It seems that Saab has struck up a relationship with Hirsch and although the
HP's are somewhat less, I believe they may be less intrusive with no
replacement wastegate. Everyone that I have seen feedback on swears by
Hirsch as they take on a more conservative and structured approach to these
mods, unlike Abbott that seems to have a "balls to the wall" approach. This
is my opinion so please don't get all loopy on me.
Hirsh provide various stages of upgrades whereas I find the Abbott boys more
racing savvy. I guess in the end it depends what you really want, "good
grammar or good taste"...
FYI, Hirsch are definitely more expensive.
