I'm struggling through the exact same issue with my dealer and my 1999 9-3 5-door. It's a low level vibration that an alignment and wheel balance makes better, but which never seems to go away completely. It's most annoying because my hands go numb after 20-30 minutes of driving with the wheel vibrating like this. Worst is at 65-75mph (of course) and when braking. No other 9-3 I've driven has had the same problem, my dealer is at wits end.
