Subject: Re: battery for Classic 900

Amar, I have a 1990 900 Turbo and have replaced the battery three times. The car now has about 147,000 miles on it. Each time I go to the parts emporium and buy a mid-priced (24-36 month warrranty) battery from the list recommended for the car. The last time was earlier this year and I paid about $US 30 with the old battery in trade (generally worth about $US10 off). I am not a mechanical genius and I can tell you Installation is very simple. I do recommend non-corrosion pads or gel and the proper pliers. Good luck.
