If you haven't got a jack, well, so what? I have a boot-sized hard plastic liner, so I don't need the rubber bag :) It's a bit of a pig to get out when you need the spare though. You can buy a handy jack from Halfords, so no big deal. It should be in the false floor compartment; otherwise it's missing. I take it you haven't found the secret compartment in the roof yet, or the ejector button under the driver's seat? It comes in handy when you're flying the Saab and hit some really bad air turbulence :) <cue the flying Saab manual again> On the subject of "what's in the false floor compartment", have you found any golf tees yet? All three of my 900s and a couple of friends have found golf tees in theirs. One was blocking a drain hole on my Inga. Paul 1985 900i 16V 1989 900 Turbo S http://pjgh.go.dyndns.org/saab/index.html
