Replace otherwise. Likewise, inspect the dizzy cap and give the rotor arm a good emery board filing. Then I'd be inclined to just charge the battery, check the oil levels, make sure there's some fuel in the tank and fire it up. I bet you it fires up fine. Listen out for the fuel pump before cranking though to make sure fuel is getting through. It might smoke for a bit due to condensation, so take it for a reasonable run and give the turbo a few squirts once it's warmed up.
