Free trade, not likely. I bought a hella fog lamp from a saab after market supplier in the New York area. The list price was 36US with 10 US for UPS shipping.. By the time I paid shipping, Canada Customs, UPS customs brokerage fees (35 US) for which they added an extra 10 for COD of the custom broker fees, Ontario sales tax and yes, I even had to pay Ontario sales tax on the 10 dollar COD fee. Final total 130.00 Cdn for a fog light lens only......, bulb not included. I cant help but laugh every time I tell this story. Free trade you say..........................!
