You got a mild concussion because you didn't have the common sense to buckle up before driving on a public street. Now you want to sue the driver of the other car and his insurance company, who are already obligated to pay for the damage to your car, to pay you and some shyster lawyer a pile of money that would eventually be taken out of the pockets of other consumers in higher premiums. And the basis for your lawsuit is a book by a non-doctor about a made-up word to describe a common injury that usually takes a few days or weeks to heal completely. Sounds like you were an accident waiting to happen, hoping for a chance to sue.
