Also concerning boost problems on the same model car. It may help by giving you some alternate suggestions for finding the cause. Go to groups.google.com enter rec.autos.saab, then do a search using the string "Robert saab 9-3 boost water pump wastegate" (search in alt.autos.saab only). You should get exactly one posting, a long one, that may give ideas. Tell me if you have difficulty finding this and I'll repost the whole text here. BR /Robert
