The problem with repairing a Saab with high miles, is that there are so many $20
parts that will cost $300 in labor for a mechanic to access. So when you have
everything torn apart, you think, well that $20 part is sitting there right in
front of me, it's good now but some day it will cost someone $300 to get to it,
I may as well replace it while I'm in here. Great theory. The problem is that
when I finally got everything together after a couple of months of very
difficult work and had some time to add up the parts total, I got hit with a
whooping $3,000 total. That's right: $3,000 just for parts. So if you're
looking for the cheapest 2001 9-5, this is not your car. But if you're looking
for a car that can go another 60,000 miles with the lowest cost of repairs, this
car is an excellent candidate because so many parts have been replaced, there's
not a whole lot of things left to go wrong. Please email me if you would like

This is a beautiful, lovingly maintained 2003 Saab 9-5 AERO with 143k freeway miles. Serviced by East of Sweden, Broomfield, (303) 410-9766. Complete service records available. The exterior is in good condition with a few minor blemishes but it is in excellent condition for a 2003 and polishes up to a beautiful shine. The beige Leather is in great shape with no tears or cuts. Only 14k miles on Yokohama tires. The AERO package makes this an amazing car! On one hand it is a quiet, comfortable car with a smooth, luxurious ride -- you can drive it all day! On the other it is a powerful performance vehicle with a 4-cyl, 2.3L, 250HP turbo charged engine, sport suspension and brakes, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Single owner. Fully loaded: Harmon Kardon premium Stereo, Power windows, Sun Roof, Leather Seats (Both front seats are powered, front and back are heated). Excellent condition, with regular major (30K/60K) as well as minor tune-up (every 5K) maintenance performed at either a dealer or Saab Specialist. Body in excellent condition (parking lot skirmishes - all nicely fixed up). Tires are fairly new (2 < 1 year, 2 < 2 years). Comes with original manuals, bot keys, brand new floor mats (original ones, since we used kid-resistant all season ones!). Extra: Trailer hitch (after market, used for a bike rack, $300 value).

I am putting up for sale my 2003 Saab 9-5 Aero - Automatic. It was bought new at Saab of Santa Barbara in June 2003. It has the optional Saab Visibility package (Xenon Headlights, Rainsensor Windshield wipers,and SPA-Saab Park Assist). I have everything that came new with the car, including full owners manuals, both keys, original MSRP Sticker and full service records in an organized binder. All factory maintenance has been performed by Saab dealerships in CA and WA. The oil has been changed every 5k miles, with major services completed at 30k and recently Saab of Bellevue performed a full 60k service (Oil Change, Serpentine belt replacement, Transmission Flush, Fuel filter replacement, Brake fluid flush, Spark plugs, Air Filter, Cabin filter). I can confidently say that this is one of the nicest 9-5's for sale in the country. I am a multiple Saab owner and the 9-5 Aero is the best one I have ever owned. I am only selling as I recently got a new vehicle.

2008 Saab 9-5 Sportcombi (Posted 3/27/2013)

Rare 9-5 Manual transmission Sportcombi. Shifts smooth and has plenty of power at 290hp. The Harman Kardon sound system sounds great. I believe it is fully loaded with every option except navigation. Super comfortable seats, tons of space, rear seats fold down completely flat - a very practical car with great performance and pretty good on gas mileage too. It is in excellent condition both inside and out with the interior in near perfect shape. I have a factory rear rubber cargo mat, factory Thule roof racks and a set of Saab factory alloy wheels with winter tires on them that will go with the car. Full synthetic oil every 3,000 miles. everything looks great and runs perfect,96,000 miles, Maintainance records,
Books, New Koni Yellows and springs lowered about an inch, 17" Propellor
Wheels, Xenon Headlights, Clean title, Kardon-Harmmon , Clean title, Moon roof,
Power Windows,Power seats, the most comfortable heated leather seats, Rain
Sensor, Cruise Control, registration until Oct. 2013, passed smog. Alarm
control, Tires 90% good, AC. A lot of car for the money. I've only had the car
about 2500 miles. I would give the interior and exterior a nine. The only work
I've done is replace the DIC and battery. From previous ownwers maintenance
records: The most recent records indicate a new serpentine belt,spark plugs, and
brakes at 76k, alternator at 82k, new michelins at 88k. Moblile One Synthetic
Oil. A lot of car for the money. I'm selling because I have too many cars.

Regular maintenance according to schedule including the 100,000 mile inspection. All repairs made as needed, with records available. Alternator, fuel pump, ignition coil, park assist sensors, battery and exhaust gasket all new in last 6-12 months. All tires, rear hatch strut and sway bars replaced in last 18-24 months. 1999 9-5 Wagon, STICK SHIFT! One Owner! Original window sticker included with vehicle. LOW MILES, 94,470. This is a very unique color combo, Frost Gray Mica with Warm Beige leather. Additional options include, Front and Rear Heated Seats as well as the $1800 option, Front Ventilated Seats. I just replaced (2) Oxygen sensors and the Mass Air flow sensor. Just passed PA State Inspection and Emissions. Everything works as expected including the Heated and Ventilated seats, the power windows and the power sunroof. Wagon runs very well and the clutch is still good.
