Firstly, the mirrors do not automatically drop when the car is put in reverse, only the passenger side mirror drops but the electric button must be pushed first.
Secondly, this is happening before I even turn the car on - from reading another board I think the problem is being caused by accidental pressing of the memory seat buttons when exiting or entering the car.
