There is an arbitration system setup. I think it goes through the BBB. You may want to go to consumerreports.com for more info or search the web. Unfortunately, since the majority of my problems were after 12 months...I wasn't eligible under Florida law.

I've had a similar story with my 01 SE Convertible. I also talked with the same rep that wouldn't help, wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and wouldn't give me any other contacts.

When I asked her what her job was, she let me know the customer service group at Saab is there to "enforce the rules".

My solution...I'm dumping my Saab and getting a different car. It's a shame, but it appears that there is very little concern for the customer and even less of a concern for quality control any longer.
