Call Saab USA and ask to speak with Roselyn's supervisor or her boss. Don't ask her for her supervisor.
If she is the supervisor at customer service department, ask to speak with H/R department and complain about her work which is in her job title/description and ask H/R if anybody that can resolve this customer service issue with Roselyn.
Hopefully you can speak to a big dog. Maybe a GM big dog and tell him how big of GM family you are... that might get you somewhere too.
Than if that leads you no where, than can you possibly "move" (register?) your car to next state that might have longer protection period of "lemon law"? You might have to ask a lawyer about this one...
Last result: Since your service manager is on your side, ask him (maybe off work hours) if he can over charge Saab for many of your warranty work. Heck, ask him to make up some service work and charge it to Saab!
good luck and sorry for your situation.
