I personally haven't rolled any, but since the little woman drives everything (including the Land Rover) like it's a Lamborghini, any added protection is good.
The new Saab convertible has a couple roll bars behind the back seat that pop up if the car turns over past a certain point. While this obviously isn't perfect, it's better than nothing at all and might be a life saver in the right situation. New BMW, Volvo and Mercedes convertibles also apparently have some sort of protection in the event of a rollover (not sure what theirs do at this point).
The new Mustang doesn't appear to have any "rollover' protection, but they do offer optional side air bags. Gotta love the looks of the new Mustang -- sort a downsized version of the old Mach 1s
