These are based on my personal preference and experience, others may differ.
Leather:
Lexol leather cleaner, followed by Lexol leather conditioner. Simply the best (and safest) on the market. Also not very cheap!
Plastic trim:
I use Black Majic cleaner and protectant every now and then. If that doesn't work, I'll use a household cleaner like Fantastic SPARINGLY! I used to use Armor All cleaner and protectant years ago but I found that it discolored the plastic with age at an increased rate. Haven't used AA since. I've tried the Meguair's interior cleaner and wasn't really impressed, although every other product I use is Meguair's (3 step paint cleaner/wax system, tire protectant, car wash, etc.)
Carpet:
I use Woolite carpet cleaner to get the tough stains out, and will let it dry for a day. I follow that with a spray of Scotch Guard Automotive carpet protectant. My gray carpets are 4 years old and look almost brand new.
Lug Nuts:
Worth a try. I guess it depends on the dealer. I have a set of winter wheels (16") and those lugs are rusted, I'll sand and repaint this summer before they go back on. My BBS lugs for the 17"'s are in great shape.
Good luck!
