I had the same problems with winter crud, salt on the carpet, dispite the rubber floor mats. Also had some marks on the trim, etc. I got some Griot's interior cleaner (spray on stuff) and used a microfiber cloth, and the parchment is spotless, the parchment floor mats - which were hard to really get clean last fall, are like new. Works fine for the leather, won't hurt it, but will use leather conditioner (lexol) to dress the leather. Also, for the dash and rubber weather stripping, try 303 Areospace protectent. much better than armorall.
The salt I haven't tackled yet, but I plan to try to brush out as much of the surface crud, spray with white vinegar+water solution and wipe up with clean cloth, etc, then use some clear water (not to saturate) blot dry, let completly air dry then vacuum. I have done this before in older Saab, works great, no fumes or chemical stuff to breath.
I got some of these ideas from the detailing BB, fwiw.
