Question about US-made

I'm no longer interested in using Castrol, so I haven't kept up with their current specs. IIRC, their previous US-made 0W-30 did NOT meet ACEA A3/B3 specs. The Castrol-NA spec sheet you've linked says that 0W-30 (presumably for NA) does meet this ACEA spec now (in addition to the GM-LL spec). Do you know if the current US-made product on AutoZone's shelves does (or does not) meet A3/B3?
By extension of logic, if the US-made product DOES meet both ACEA A3/B3 & GM-LL-A/B-025, then you shouldn't care where it's made, right? (And if the US-made product DOESN'T meet the published specs, then it shouldn't be on the shelves!)
(Also, just a reminder to everyone: Saab's OE 0W-30 syn oil DOES meet GM-LL-A-025, but DOESN'T meet ACEA A3/B3. The GM-LL spec is (primarily) an OIL LIFE spec, while the ACEA spec is (primarily) an ENGINE PROTECTION spec.)
