Certainly do agree that Benz will probably build all of 100 base C240s despite high demand. The TSX really began the full-content $26k out the door package and people (incl me) love that idea (no options needed). I'm looking for a car to last 10+ years and common wisdom holds that the Saab body panels last longer. Plus the 9-3SS is bloody gorgeous. Had a 95 9000 Aero in the family a while back, and hoping to recapture that feel (if not the mega turbo blast).

As you say, time will tell. Sometime in November I may try to pounce. The 93 Jeep 4.0l is slowly approaching its time of tranquility.

Thanks for the responses. Anyone with knowledge of under-MSRP pricing on 2006 models, please post if you're out there. No doubt the 9-5 has some......
