I had 2 batteries replaced resulting in tow's to the dealer, then 2 more mystery tow's as a present. What was common around all the tow dates was that the steering lock was not always engaging when withdrawing the key from the ignition. It was a "count on it" sign that the car was going to die for me. When it happened, I had to actually drive the car around the block and shut it off again to get the lock to engage. Make sure you hear the "click" when pulling out the key. After the 4th tow in 60 days, they finally replaced the ignition switch and all has been good thus far. I've also heard the steering lock solonoid can be suspect. I think the ignition was the suspect all along..NOT bad batteries as was claimed. Battery came up "bad cell"..subsequently a salesman told me that this issue can not only drain the battery, but was actually killing battery cells rendering the car not jumpable..but just dead.
Good luck
