Low Aero front spoiler...How 'bout an Arc?.. The biggest practical disadvantage to a 9-3 Aero is the super low front spoiler. Otherwise there won't be an earthshaking amount of difference. Aero folks know who they are. If you have to rationalize the Aero stuff, fat tires, low suspension and spoiler, sport seats, higher output engine than likely you'd be just as happy in a non-Aero.
Wadda'bout the Arc? Linears were a one year wonder, 2005 only, not common at all. It was Arc or Aero in 2004 and the 2006 2.0T is the new Arc and the Aero has gone V6.
My favorite 9-3SS vert is an Arc with the optional 17" wheels. 2004 and 2005 Arcs and Aeros had the same 210hp motor. Only the 2005 Linear vert had the 175hp motor, which is often tough to tell from the 210hp motor at normal speeds.
