I think you've got it down pat. No need for fuel stabilizer or tire pressure changes for that length of time.
I don't know whether you need to perform a learning procedure after disconnecting the battery – maybe someone else on the board knows the authoritative answer.
If you have to head out for a longer period of time, you might want to try to find a buddy/wife/relative to look after it for you. One you really trust :)
