So I just picked up an '06 Aero SC from VOB Saab in Rockville, MD. Steel grey, 6-speed sentronic...this car is a rocket ship! Got a great deal, too. Dealer knocked about $4k off the price because it was a demo they got about a year ago when none of the dealers had any cars in stock. Had 183 miles on the clock when I picked it up. There was a $1500 incentive too from GM, and of course the $500 Saab loyalty incentive.

But back to the car. Previous car was an '04 Aero SS that went off-lease. This car, with 40 more hp, flies down the road. With the frequently crummy roads around here in DC, the suspension in the SC handles the ever changing road surfaces better than the '04 SS. I haven't had a chance to really load it down yet to see how it handles, but I'm sure I'll have a chance to do that soon.

Rear visibility actually seems a bit better than in the SS.

Dual exhaust on the v-6 sounds great.

Stomp on the gas and it will spin the front tires...until the TCS stops the fun. Be sure to have a firm grip on the wheel if you do this, though.

All in all, a great car.
