I went to the saab dealer, and asked for some prices ( all lease) to see what they can offer to replace my ending lease (05 linear). here is what they said:
all being for 2007 2.0T

1st offer: metallic, auto, heated seats, sunroof, $28,557 out the door price, lease: $1,242 first payment and other stuff, 12K miles a year, $417 a month for 27 months (money factor=4.50, residual=.68, acq. fee = $595

2nd offer: metallic, manual, heated seats, sunroof, $2,000 out of pocket, 10K miles a year, $322 per month for 27 months

3rd offer: non metallic, manual, base car, $2,000 out of pocket, 10K miles a year, $299 per month for 27 months

Price calcs did not seem consistent among themselves, but I did not question the salesperson, as he seemed a little out of touch with the reality. I gave him the ongoing acura tsx lease deal as a reference (350 a month with 2K down), he immediately said it is not comparable to saab, the only car in his mind that is comparable in the same class is audi A4, which I totally disagree. TSX is very much in paar with 2.0T, and offers more for the price.

i would appreciate any feedback about this prices, from those who are intimate with dealer prices, and/or from those who recently purchased.
