The two things that seem worrisome in my mind would be the time for service coming on and the speedometer showing 14mpg while stopped.
You should take it to the dealer in my opinion to correct those issues.

I have a 2005 Aero and the MPG was very low initially. It shot up after the first oil change which I did at 50% oil life. I think that is just due to the break in period.

DTE will fluctuate quite a bit if you switch from highway to city driving and vice versa. Example, if you are doing city driving the DTE will be low. Then if you do like 20 miles on the highway the computer assumes continued highway driving to empty and it will jump up. If you then go to 20 miles city it will go down alot b/c the computer makes the same assumptions as noted above. I don't worry about the DTE. If you get the fill warning on the SID that's all I worry about and I rarely let it get that low on gas.
