Congrats on your Saab Linear! We've got a 2004 Linear and have been genuinely impressed by the engine power/responiveness and fuel economy, driving dynamics (the car is amazingly well balanced for a front-driver and is a blast to drive) AND reliability. It's our first Saab (coming from years of BMW and VW ownership...)

While our 9-3 has not been completely trouble-free, our problems were few and very minor (we bought it new and have now put 73,000+ miles on the clock). We are also fortunate to have a very good Saab dealer nearby who has done all of our service work (even when the car became out-of-warranty).

As someone else has already noted it would be a good idea, as with any new-ish "used" car, to get an exteneded warranty.

Again, congratulations on your new car - you're going to love it!
