Are you looking for the new style or old style 'vert? The '03 is the last year of the older style, the '04 is the first of the newer (for the convertibles). I have an '04 Aero 'vert and am pretty happy with it. It's had some minor issues, nothing that's left me stranded, just annoyances. There were a couple of recalls (uh, sorry, "customer satisfaction" service calls) on it, one for the keys, one for the top, neither of which affected me except in that I had to take the car in, but I had them taken care of during a regular service. The Arc and Aero have a 210HP engine, the Linear has 175HP. If you move up to the '06 Aero, you get the more powerful 6 cylinder engine, 250HP. It's true that the '03s and some early '04s had some teething issues for the SS, and maybe true of early '04s for the 'verts, too. But the '03 for the 'vert was the final year of that style, so there wouldn't be any general issues with that year/model.
