Volvo bought my V50 back last summer. The car had a frequent problem that was determined to be unrepairable. If they fix what you brought it in for, unless it is a repeated repair, you have no grounds to have them buy it back. If you have to keep bringing it in for the same repairs, you have a case. In the end, it is really up to your zone rep from Saab if they want to make you happy. Luckily, Volvo took the high road with me. I LOVE my new Aero SS and have only had it in once for minor adjustments, all fixed right the first time. TO test the waters, contact the dealer and have them put you in touch with their zone rep.
