First off, I am very impressed at the amount of responses that I have received about this query. Thank you all!
You are correct, I did not give all the information. There are several external pressures driving the decision. One big one is a new addition to my family in the form of an infant and a driving need for a safe car that can handle 2 car seats and still give me room for "things". There are more factors, but you are also correct in that I've been researching this and other vehicles for a while now. This is sort of my final phase of research.
My only problem now is that the dealer cannot find me the 2.0t that I want anywhere in the country. I "might" go with an Aero but do not want the lowered suspension since I live in a rural area and do not want to constantly "bottom out" the car for the last mile to my house. I really "need" to be in a new car by May 1st, so I cannot order one.
My reasons for not choosing an Aero are the lowered suspension for the above reason and the larger engine which most likely will not get as good of gas mileage. So, that and the cost are the only reasons that I've not selected an Aero. I might be acting silly here and the difference may be mute in the long run. I've just not really looked at the Aero the same way as the 2.0T.
Thanks for all of your inputs.
