The extra power is subtle, a 175hp Linear feels just as quick as a 210hp Arc, until you get out on the open highway where you can put the hammer down. Dunno' if the memory drivers seat was standard in '04 Arcs, an nice touch and the Infotainment radio screen is much nicer, even though the 300w 13 speaker ain't that great of a sound system. Which wood inside? The fake wood or real wood? The real wood IIRC came with the premium package and is some of my favortie Saab wood of all time, very classy. Different packages and options for differenct model years so I'ma little fuzzy on the 2004 specifics.
Does the Linear have the 16" wheels? I would expect there to be only about a $2k diff, not $3k. Some folks aren't impressed with the extra toys of the Arc, not hat there's anything wrong with that.
So offer the $15.9k for the Arc, and make sure you leave the lot to test their sincerity.
