Don't think you need a Tech II to reset the oil service indicator. From Page 103 of the Owner's Manual under Instruments and controls:
1. Turn the remote control to the ON position, the engine must be switched off.
2. Press the CUSTOMIZE button.
3. Select System Settings using the INFO dial. Press in the INFO dial.
4. Select Service Info. Press in the INFO dial.
5. Select Reset Service Ind. Press in the INFO dial.
6. When asked Are you sure? select Yes.
