Saabs are very good about not warping rotors and everyones tolerance of vibration and shudders varies, but having said that, brake "shudder" is fairly common and can usually be fixed by bedding in the brakes with 5-10 stops from 60-70 down to zero with a somewhat harder than normal brake application.
Rotors that are simply warped don't generally cause a shudder, more of a smoother wobble and I can't imagine a brake booster causing a shudder.
Saab will warranty wear items like brakes and rotors, but only for the 1st year and 18k miles IIRC. Ask you Saab service advisor what the policy is on wear items like brakes, but likely IMHO they'll be fine if you just bed them in.
Brake squeaking, squealing and shuddering are all fixed by using the brakes harder, a fix that although true, is contrary to the level of expectations of luxury car buyers.
