You seem to have a preference for the 9-5 but are stuck on the idea of an Aero. Keep in mind that for 2008 there is very little difference between the base and Aero 9-5's. They both have 260HP, 17" wheels and the Aero sport seats. In fact, the only difference now is that the Aero has the metallic dash and the sport suspension. Do you really need those things? If a 9-3 Aero is within your lease budget, then a base 9-5 is probably also within the budget. I just picked up an '08 base 9-5 with visibility package two weeks ago, and in my opinion it's a better car than the '01, '02, '03 and '04 we've had previously. We have an '05 and an '07 9-3. I personally think the 9-5 is a more solid, better built and more comfortable car.
As to NAV, I guess it's a matter of preference, but it seems to me that a $300 Garmin will do just as good a job (if not better) than the $2,145 9-3 (or $2,945 9-5) in dash system. It will also free up a lot of bucks for your lease budget.
Finally, yes, you can use both OnStar and bluetooth. Uhltronics, which makes the Triad, is still in business, and their unit will accomplish what you want. As long as the radio harness has the telephone mute and telephone audio + and - wires, the Triad will splice right in (you also have to splice into battery, ignition and ground wires in the harness).
Just out of curiosity, who's your dealer of choice?
