2006: first half (guessing VIN ending in 00001 to 20000), there is a "microswitch" on the trunk. This can be programmed so you can open the trunk from the outside. During the second half and 2007, you must use the key fob to open the trunk from the outside.
2006: has the old dashboard design with SID on the top of the dash in the middle. Most people like this.
2007: climate control is easier for old people to see because the older design has many small buttons.
sunroof: good if you use it. bad (potential leaks and an edge to rust) if you rarely use it. resale value: minimal increase.
heated seats: nice if you are in a cold climate. bad: few negatives (very small potential to use up the battery if you are driving in the cold and turn on a lot of things - happened to me in 1996 when I had a weak battery and used the rear defroster, heated seats, fog lights, headlights, radio, and wipers on a weak battery on a short trip. Needed a jump start when I got back from the store). resale value: minimal
I'd prefer the 2006 slightly based on the trunk button and SID. The price and condition would be more important.
