It all depends - dealership, Indy or DIY. While the trans is out, the input shaft, axle and shifter seals should be changed. While the flywheel is off for resurfacing, the rear main seal should be changed. Do you need to replace the slave cylinder or not? the total for parts could be around $600. Labor could be 10 hours or more. I would expect close to $2000 at a dealer, $1500 at an Indy and $600 if you DIY... Ron
