The decision comes down to this - A Turbo X SC or AERO SC.
Both will be low milage factory cars, one being a 2008 (X) and the other a 2009. For the Aero, there is a choice of either Auto or Manual. X only auto. Apart from that, I think most of the differences are subtle - 18 inch tires vs. 17 inch, different rims, trim color (graphite v. titianium). Supposedly the X suspension is different from the AERO as are slightly larger brakes - I could be mistaken though. 2009 obviously has another year on its warranty, which given the current situation is to be considered.
I'm not really concerned with collectabilty or resale value as this is a car that will see very few miles (second car for my parents and when I visit them).
The other monkey wrench is the availability of the 2.0 XWD. Some have said it is good with the XWD, others that it is underpowered. Reviews have also commented that the 2.8 is sluggish under 3K revs and off the line - which is not good, considering the fuel efficiency penalty.
Net - Looking for some real-world opinions to help push me off the fence.
