Per my WIS, the residual pressure in the fuel system 20 minutes after turning off the fuel pump (or shutting off the car) is to be 33 PSIG minimum.
If your pressure is dropping lower than this value you may have a faulty fuel line set. This loss of residual pressure will require the fuel pump to run longer on start up to pressurize the fuel system.
